Mia….Wow! Where do I begin?

I met Mia through a mutual friend named Kim Douglas, who could only say great things about her. When I connected with Mia, we instantly clicked! Mia is a powerhouse of energy that shines in a room with her beautiful hair and red lips. Then you add the camera and all of the magic happens!

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I own my own PT Practice in Stoneham, MA called Boston Health & Wellness. As a busy Mom of 3 and a business owner, you would think that it is challenging to find the time to do a photoshoot for myself. I thought it would be too, however, Mia made the process so seamless for me!

Mia suggested that I do a Mini session since I don't have very much time and that we could make it happen in that amount of time. Well, she was right! A photoshoot with Mia is truly an experience! She makes it feel like you are a celebrity, that you are beautiful, and she really helps you work the camera by yelling out compliments to you the entire time. "You're so Beautiful, Stef!" "Look how perfect your smile is!" "You're such a Boss Babe!" She really makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. 

Mia suggested I bring 2 outfits and some props. We had time for the outfit change and for photos with some of my PT props including my Blossoming Tulip Ball that I invented to open up tight muscles and a Pelvic Floor since I do Pelvic Floor PT. I now have a new professional headshot and other beautiful lifestyle photos that I use on my website, my marketing materials, and on all of my social media platforms. Mia completely changed and improved my branding for myself and my business.

there aren’t enough words in the English language to describe my experience with Mia. I’m an outgoing person, but when it comes to being in front of a camera, I freeze. I never know how to pose, what to do with my hands, or how to position my body. So naturally, I was incredibly nervous about getting my business headshots done. Our team recently worked with Mia for a branding/content/headshot shoot. We could not be happier with the results! “I am a solo-preneur, and a new one at that, so the idea of booking a branding shoot seemed so far-fetched that I kept thinking "why would I even do this" - "I don't need this" - "I don't even know what my "brand" is".
